Yoga classes open to all in the Tiverton area. Suitable for everyone from seasoned yoga practitioners to total beginners. I have 25 years experience teaching yoga and am a teacher training tutor for the British Wheel of Yoga. Classes provide gentle but thorough exercise that improves mobility, balance, strength and mood. This work can be adapted to all kinds of abilities.
Please contact me by email if you have specific questions or concerns. I provide mats for you to borrow or you can bring your own if you have one. We work in bare feet. Wear comfortable stretchy clothes, no special outfits required, a T shirt and leggings or shorts is just fine. Classes include physical exercises, breathing instruction, relaxation and short periods of meditation.
